We back our jerky. If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Return Conditions:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unopened and in original condition
Send us your order number and reason for return at lchhun@superiorbake.com
We’ll offer a refund (minus shipping) or a replacement—your call.
Note: We cannot accept returns on opened jerky. We're bold, not wild.
